CG Body Studio was founded in 2016 by two performing artists who share a passion for the healing arts.
Whether you are in solid physical condition and want to expand your fitness repertoire, or you want to learn about health and nutrition and don’t know where to start, CG Body Studio can help. We offer a host of services to get you on track and keep you there.
CG Body Studio engages clients in fun fitness and safe exercise. We aim to avoid injury and support sustainable, healthy life choices. We utilize top-of-the-line equipment and apparel from Precor, Dynamic Fitness, RevGear, Platinum Stages, RDX, tasc Performance, Bella Canvas, Jade Yoga and more. Our 1500 square foot facility offers ample space for one-on-one instruction as well as group classes:
